    Job Description Executive Action & LiaisonLocation:PAN INDIA Experience: 1-5 Years Industry: Investigation / Risk Management / Security ServicesJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Executive Action & Liaison with a background in the investigation or risk management industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of investigation assignments and operational activities.Key Responsibilities
    1. Coordinate with local police for registration of complaints, accompanying raids/inspections, and ensuring seizure of counterfeit, spurious, or expired products in accordance with due legal process.
    1. Support field investigation and enforcement teams during on-ground operations including verification visits, sample purchases, and raid execution ensuring all actions are properly documented.
    2. Draft and coordinate complaint letters, undertakings, seizure memos, and other legal/administrative correspondence in liaison with the legal team.
    3. Ensure proper chain-of-custody and documentation of seized goods/samples, including coordination for their safe storage or destruction as advised by authorities.
    4. Follow up consistently with police stations and government offices on the status of registered complaints/FIRs until logical conclusion.
    5. Build and maintain a network of informants, local contacts, and field intermediaries to gather credible intelligence on counterfeit/spurious product activity.
    6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive case information and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable law at all times.
    7. Prepare periodic status reports and case trackers for internal stakeholders and client teams.
    8. Travel extensively within the assigned region/state to attend inspections, raids, and liaison meetings as required.
    Requirements
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 1-5 years of relevant experience in an investigation, security, or risk management company.
    • Strong liaisoning, coordination, and communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of documentation and report preparation.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Willingness to travel for official assignments.
    Salary: As per experience and company standards.
