    Hiring for Life Planning Officer (F2F Channel)Company: IndusInd Nippon Life InsuranceDesignation: Life Planning Officer (F2F Channel)Location:Mumbai,Pune,Surat,Delhi and HyderabadCTC: Up to 6 LPAReporting To: Branch Manager / Senior Branch ManagerFunction: SalesJob OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals from the Life Insurance industry to join our Front-Line Sales team as Life Planning Officers. The role involves generating business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field activities and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities
    • Generate business through leads, referrals, field activities, and existing customer networks.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of premium collection, policy issuance, and business activation.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
    • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to identify new business opportunities.
    • Ensure high levels of customer service and smooth policy processing.
    • Coordinate with branch teams and managers for business closures and operational support.
    • Maintain productivity and performance standards as defined by the organization.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Female candidates preferred.
    • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
    • Candidates from Agency Sales or Direct Marketing channels will be preferred.
    • Has been earning 3-5 k incentive month on month or min 36-60 k annual incentiveOR has qualified for international trip in the current or last Financial yearOR has been promoted in this FY or last FY
    • Must have a proven track record of sales performance and business generation.

    • 100% month-on-month business activation.
    • Consistent and verifiable sales activity.
    • Achievement of assigned sales and productivity targets.
