Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Sales - Mortgage loan - LAP, HL and BLLocation: Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi - 110059Department: Loan SalesReports To: Director of companyPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our loan sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving the sales of loan products, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the loan industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership & Development:
      • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of loan officers or sales representatives.
      • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
      • Provide ongoing training and support to team members on loan products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
    • Sales Strategy & Execution:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase loan volume and market share.
      • Set and monitor team sales targets and individual performance metrics to achieve business goals.
      • Identify opportunities for improvement and adapt strategies to optimize loan sales performance.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients.
      • Oversee the loan sales process from initial inquiry to loan closure, ensuring a seamless experience for borrowers.
      • Work closely with other departments (e.g., underwriting, operations) to ensure efficient loan processing.
    • Reporting & Analysis:
      • Track and report on sales metrics, loan performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
    • Compliance & Risk Management:
      • Ensure the team adheres to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
      • Monitor loan products and ensure that sales practices are ethical and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Collaboration & Networking:
      • Build relationships with external partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors, and brokers, to generate new business.
      • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to stay competitive.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of loan products (e.g., mortgages, Home loans, Business loans, etc.).
      • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
      • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the loan industry.
