Job Description

    Were hiring! We would like to hire a strategic, analytical, and responsible individual to join our growing company. As a Logistic Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the delivery and supply chain process and optimizing processes. This position will require you to be experienced in the logistics field and possess great communication and critical thinking skills.Responsibilities
    • Track production flow to guarantee efficiency.
    • Develop efficient routes and schedules for deliveries.
    • Manage invoices, bills, and tracking of shipment.
    • Update the database to ensure the most cost-effective means are being carried out.
    • Communicate with couriers (land, air, and sea) for scheduling and cost appraisals.
    • Assist in developing professional relationships with shipping companies and manufacturers.
    • Work alongside IT technicians for efficiency.
    • Assist in planning logistics for warehouses, transportation, and suppliers.
    • Attend regular meetings to present forecasts and new implementations.
    • Log data related to logistic administration into the software.
    Requirement
    • Associates degree or above in business administration, logistics, or another related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Analyst role
    • Excellent record-keeping skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate with persons at all levels
    • Excellent computer literacy with adequate knowledge of logistics programs
    • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
    • Outstanding leadership skills
    • Knowledgeable logistics software
    • Knowledgeable in chain processes
