Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1.Appointment Management:oSchedule and manage appointments and reappointments for all B2B shipments.oCoordinate with warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure timely loading and unloading.oUpdate appointment calendars and communicate schedules to relevant stakeholders.2.Shipment Tracking:oMonitor all B2B orders in transit to ensure on-time delivery.oProvide regular updates to internal teams regarding shipment statuses.oProactively identify and address potential delays or issues during transit.3.Documentation and Record-Keeping:oCollect, verify, and file Proof of Deliveries (PODs) for all dispatched orders.oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including dispatch details, delivery confirmations, and any discrepancies.oEnsure compliance with legal and company documentation standards.4.Weight Reconciliation:oReconcile charged weights against dispatched weights for all shipments.oInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies with logistics partners promptly.oInterested candidate share your cv or hidden_mobile.
