Management Consultant (Assamese) - Oil & Gas/Energy/Power - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role- At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.- Our client, a global consulting firm, is currently engaged in a consulting project with an Indian Oil & Gas PSU in the Exploration & Production sector. Their role involves aiding in the development of a comprehensive Corporate & Portfolio Strategy, along with an Implementation Roadmap to match.- To assist the case team, they are seeking a consultant with Assamese background who possesses previous experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, New Energy, or Power Sector.The following outlines the duties of the consultant :- Assist in developing a strategy for the client based on the project scope and evolving requirements- Take ownership of all assigned tasks by utilising a project management framework to ensure successful delivery- Deliver findings and recommendations to clients- Implement solutions or recommendations and provide the necessary support to the client to carry out the implementation- Ensure effective governance and controls through reporting, budget, risk, and issue management- Manage the overall module while collaborating with the rest of the project team, including partners- Engage in effective communication and senior stakeholder managementKey qualifications include :A. Language/Regional proficiency :- Assamese language proficiency and/or- Fluency in spoken Assamese and/or- Upbringing and origin from AssamThis is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract.
