Job Description

    As a Procurement Manager, your role involves leading end-to-end procurement for CAPEX/OPEX materials and services across retail fit-outs, store openings, and refurbishments. You will be responsible for negotiating rate contracts with OEMs and retail fit-out brands to secure favorable pricing, terms, and long-term agreements aligned with project budgets and timelines. Your key responsibilities include evaluating vendor performance, conducting audits, and building a reliable supplier network for long-term partnerships. You will also maintain and develop new vendors, negotiate prices, finalize rate contracts, renew rate contracts, and benchmark prices of existing and new suppliers. Additionally, you will support cross-functional coordination with design, operations, and construction teams for smooth execution. Procurement of various items such as HVAC, AHU, Light Fixtures, LED Glow Signages, Modular Furniture Fixtures, CCTV, Security Anti-Theft Machines, LED Displays, Video Walls, Packaging, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Requirements will be part of your responsibilities. You will evaluate material specifications, procure materials from suppliers, conduct cost benchmarking through RFQ and tendering, oversee timely release of purchase orders, approvals, and vendor payments through SAP. Tracking and following up with vendors for timely delivery of orders, bills, and other special requirements is crucial. Collaborating across departments for enhanced productivity is essential in this role.Qualifications Required:- Vendor Coordination- SAP Knowledge- Planning & Organizing- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel- Commercial acumen- Negotiation skillsYou should have more than 6 years of experience in managing office procurement in a medium to large organization.
