Job Description

    As the Manager/Asst. Manager of Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to promote our companys message, enhance brand reputation, and foster positive relationships with relevant stakeholders. You will drive internal and external communications initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values, while creating compelling content across various channels to engage our target audience and drive business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with senior leadership to define communication objectives and develop comprehensive strategies that support the companys overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.2. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various communication channels, including for various channels including digital platforms, social media, print. materials, audio-visuals, website, newsletters, reports, events, and other collaterals. Ensure content is on-brand, accurate, and tailored to target audiences.3. Uphold and reinforce the companys brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and communication materials. Maintain brand consistency and integrity, tone of voice and visual identity across all communication channels, ensuring messaging aligns with brand values and guidelines.4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage inquiries effectively. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other materials to disseminate key company news and initiatives.5. Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and track progress towards goals. Analyze data and feedback to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.6. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and team success. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; Candidates with Science background preferred but not mandatory.Proven experience (10-15 years) in communications roles, with a track record of developing / implementing successful strategies. Strong understanding of communication principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.Strong leadership, team management and coordination skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate towards common goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to craft clear, compelling messages for different audiences and channels.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans and initiatives.Experience in managing media relations, crisis communication, and internal communication programs. Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, cross-functional teams, external partners and stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure. Experience in budget management and performance measurement preferred,
