Job Description

    Hi,We found your profile suitable for the following JD:Position: Manager - Banca (Digital Business Unit)Location: Delhi1. Achieve the GI cross sell target of the 811 digital sales team for the location2. Establish & handle strong business relationship with Digisales team3. Day-to-day business follow up & co-ordination with the location based Digisales sales managers, ASMs & AMDs4. Training the Digisales team on various general insurance products5. Work with Digisales team of the location to identify GI cross sell opportunities & achieve the business targets6. Doing customer calls for retail leads closure & BPOS transaction handling7. Execution of campaigns and schemes to push sales and improve customer base8. Track the performance of each AMD & identify areas of concern, highlight them & upskill via training9. Investigate, follow up & resolve customer complaints within TATs.10.
