Job Description

Job Summary . Manager - MicrofinanceJob Purpose North Admin SPOC for end-to-end administration of MFI branches. Coordination for various projects of MFI Branches. Developing formats for MIS & Publishing reports & dashboards. Support to MFI admin team and addressing queries. Collaborative work with other business functions/stakeholders such as CPU, Finance, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, Taxation, Partners Experience teams etc. and other business/service teams.Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Branch upkeep, Hygiene and Repair & Maintenance - To ensure all company assets to be well maintained & in working condition. Ensuring timely AMC of all the branch assets. Coordination with vendor for timely preventive maintenance services to minimize the breakdown of assets, arranging engineers for attending break downs calls within TAT. Maintaining R&M tracker and ensuring the cost spent is well within the approved budget. To monitor and resolve breakdown calls at branches within TAT for smooth branch operations. 2. Statutory Compliance - To Ensure all branches are fully compliant as per the Govt. & RBI norms, all licenses, notices and abstracts to be displayed. Timely renewal of all licenses as and when due. 3. Facilities MIS: a. Coordination with MFI Branch Managers for data inputs from time to time. b. To lookout for data trend & accuracy, figuring out the space of savings/value additions c. Publishing weekly/bi-weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly reports/trackers d. Preparing & publishing MIS reports/dashboards for management reviews/analytics. 4. Event Management - To support management in terms of Branch Level events, manage vendors 5. Escalation Management - Escalations are to be sorted out within TAT. Handling admin queries on emails and redirecting it to the concern authority with an aim to resolve at the earliest. Our functional objective is to achieve high customer satisfaction with quality and timely service delivery. Keeping in constant touch with Branch managers for issue pendency turnaround time. 6. Cross functional co-ordination - Collaboration with other business functions which includes inputs collecting from and sharing with CPU, Finance, IT, Legal, PE team, HR, Compliance, Taxation, and other relevant business functions as and when required. 7. Physical Asset Verification (PAV for IT & Non-IT) activity coordination with Branch team members and meet deadlines for completion. 8. Maintenance of the records / documents related to company assets & property 9. Support to Infrastructure teams - Support ground recce for branch identifications, property sourcing, legal due diligence, project execution . Major Challenges - . Facilitate payment process as per defined timelines and extent support to field team in ensuring smooth branch operations. . Compliance adherence in all MFI branches . Publishing MIS Reports and dashboards while managing admin operations through fragmented network of branch admin team/LC across a large geographical spread . Attract, engage and grooming admin team to bring it to desired performance level required for business support. . Ensuring cost under control for various activities and managing business/HR events as and when required . Key Decisions / Dimensions - . Facilities management related decisions . Petty Cash management related decisions . Expenses management (within approved limit) . Support staff related decisions Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline b) Work Experience: Relevant experience in Microfinance space. Min 4-8 years experience in Admin domain of which 1-2 years mandatory must be managing Microfinance branch administration function c) Process orientation and metrics driven leadership skills and willing to manage and lead teams, strong customer service orientation, listening skills and conflict management, ability to communicate ideas effectively. Willing to work as a key player in challenging & creative environment, ability to support and sustain a positive work environment particularly in the field of Facilities & Office Administration.
