Tata Capital Limited- Manager - SEMS- Cleantech- TCCL Business Vertical: Tata Cleantech Capital Limited Designation: Manager - SEMS Grade: M3 Proposed Immediate Superior: Head SEMS - TCCL Key Objectives of the Job Support SEMS and E&S advisory function in TCCL by operational coordination and specific inputs to portfolio projects to ensure compliance with TCCL policies Major Deliverables Support assessment and monitoring of environmental and social aspects of borrowers and their project facilities Undertake Environmental & Social due diligence of financing deals, through site visits, document reviews, and review of information in public domain Use of existing / new specific and generic tools for assessing regulatory applicability, locational sensitivities, stakeholder consultations, regulatory approval and compliance status, environmental & social issues / controversies Support delivery of proposals and projects to enable providing advisory services on environmental and social aspects Support maintaining MIS and provide inputs to administer E&S management systems during various stages of transactions, portfolio analysis, and periodic reporting to IFC and any other external agencies Document analysis, assessment, meetings Support communicate across various functions of TCCL, including sales, credit, legal, risk, operations etc., for effective and efficient implementation and improvement of SEMS Job Challenge Seeking internal and borrower consensus on terms derived for mitigation of E&S risks Timely responding to requirements of site visits, initial due diligence, detailed due diligence, and monitoring of E&S terms Knowledge on E&S risks for sectors relevant to TCCL lending and advisory portfolio Adapt E&S assessments to change in E&S regulations, IFC guidelines Understanding client needs and presenting E&S analysis as part of advisory services Specialized job competencies Ability to assess environmental and social aspects of projects Use and applicability of environmental, health, safety, and social policies, regulations, standards, guidelines Use and applicability of environmental, health, safety, and social policies, regulations, standards, guidelines Understanding of environmental and social performance standards of IFC Passion for E&S issues Educational Qualification Masters in any Engg / Sciences.
