Job Description

Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the transportation, shipping, and delivery of goods to international customers. This includes selecting appropriate shipping methods, negotiating contracts with freight forwarders and carriers, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all export regulations and documentation requirements, including customs clearance, export licenses, permits, and certificates. Verify the accuracy of export documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper completion of export paperwork.* International Trade Regulations: Stay up to date with international trade regulations, sanctions, embargoes, and export control laws to ensure compliance. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on export compliance matters. Supplier and Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve. overall performance. Maintain strong relationships with key partners and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with international supply chain operations, such as transportation delays, customs issues, and regulatory compliance. Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance export supply chain processes and procedures to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline operations. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of export logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export supply chain operations. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making,
