Job Description

    All India Football Federation AIFF is currently seeking a full time Manager Strategy and Special Projects. The position is initially for one year contract with salary package as per Industry norms.Duties & Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop strategies that align with our Vision 2047. Create and present compelling business cases and recommendations to senior management. Lead special projects such as new market entry, M&A, Partnerships, and new business development. Define projects scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and track progress against established milestones. Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project delivery. Manage budgets for special projects, ensuring that costs are controlled, and projects are completed within budget. Driving process improvements and standardization across. the federation to ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and scalable. Curious learner about the industry trends, share knowledge with team to ensure the federation is well-positioned to take advantage of emerging trends and opportunities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives. Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of special projects and initiatives.Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Management, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the federation. Experience working in India, or the Asia Pacific region is preferred.
