Job Description

    Manager Supply ChainJob descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    • Responsible of Group Supply Chain Activities / Lead the procurement group in all phases.
    • Excellent Knowledge of Supply Chain Process and its optimization.
    • Able to formulate and manage long term & short term Supply Chain Strategy Implement procurement strategy and policies.
    • Supplier Selection & Evaluation Skills, Contract Negotiations Skills, Project management & Problem-solving skills.
    • Good Knowledge of Relevant Softwares and ERP Process and SAP, Handling inventory management & controls.
    • Should be able to communicate effectively with Operations, Finance and Other Key Functional Departments.
    • Forecast procurement needs, Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects
    • Monitor macro trends in supplier and contract base and implement plans to react.
    • Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
    • Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
    • Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for products.
