Function Quality Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Manufacturing Quality Line In-charge QMS you will be part of the Quality and will report to the Plant Manufacturing Quality Head . The purpose of your role will be to Management & Establishment of New Model Development within the QA Team ICE & EV. Co-ordinate with Central Team & Internal Team on the Events. Capture all the observation / issues and closure at each event (M1/PP1/PP2/SOP). Ensure to define the Quality System and establish through the stakeholders. Co-ordinate TPM & IMS activities A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Engage all relevant QA stakeholder in the New Model Events.
• All Observations registered by stakeholders at all the events are discussed and closed logically.
• Ensure the New Model Quality System establishment before SOP through the relevant stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate with all the internal & external stakeholder in related to QM Pillar activity as per the TPM Roadmap
• Regular conducting of QM-Pillar meeting and publish the relevant report.
• To prepare the activity report & QM Pillar presentation during TPM audit / Hero Next audit.
• Co-ordinate with all the internal & external stakeholder in related to IMS management through scheduled Internal Audit / External Audits.
• Ensure the timely closure of all Non-conformance / Observation of Internal and External audits through the stakeholders.
• To maintain all the relevant documents related the IMS Audits (Internal / External Audit)

• Ensure timely New Models information from respective central Team
• Co-ordinate with internal CFTs for New Model, TPM, IMS
• Impart Regular Training on TPM & IMS
• Develop system of identifying the gaps on the knowledge and organise the relevant Training within and outside QA Function.
• Scheduled review on New Model to share knowledge on New Model / New Technology etc
