Job Description

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across transmission line towers, GSS structures, and solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS) for EPC companies, developers, and government utilities.
    • Build and maintain state-wise / segment-wise prospect and EPC contractor databases (e.g. Rajasthan, UP, Maharashtra, MP, Haryana, Punjab and other target states), tiered by opportunity size and priority.
    • Track and respond to tenders and bid opportunities on portals such as GeM, PGCIL, state transcos, NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, BRO, and other relevant procurement platforms.
    • Drive vendor/OEM empanelment and approved-vendor list registration with PGCIL, state transmission utilities, NHAI, and other authorities.
    • Prepare and coordinate commercial quotations, BOQ summaries, and techno-commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering, estimation, and procurement teams.
    • Engage directly with prospective clients EPC contractors, solar developers, and government agencies through calls, meetings, site visits, and email outreach.
    • Support the Marketing Director in account research, competitor tracking, and market intelligence across the transmission, substation, and solar segments.
    • Maintain CRM/pipeline hygiene, prepare periodic sales MIS, and report on lead status, conversion, and order book growth.
    • Coordinate with plant, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure customer commitments on delivery and specification are met.
    • Represent Vishal Pipes at industry events, exhibitions, and trade bodies related to power, transmission, and renewable energy.
