Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting key business data to support decision-making and improve organizational efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and provide actionable insights using various business intelligence tools and software.Key Responsibilities:
    • Data Management & Reporting:
      • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track and analyze business performance.
      • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various business units.
      • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
      • Automate regular reports and optimize manual reporting processes.
    • Business Analysis:
      • Collaborate with different departments to identify their data requirements and create customized reports.
      • Analyze business trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
      • Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely information to senior management.
    • Systems Management:
      • Manage the organizations MIS software/tools and ensure they are properly maintained and up-to-date.
      • Troubleshoot technical issues related to MIS systems and data flows.
      • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
    • Process Improvement:
      • Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and data management workflows.
      • Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for data management processes.
    • Performance Monitoring:
      • Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and other business metrics to monitor the organizations performance.
      • Support financial and operational audits through the provision of accurate, accessible data.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field or related field.
    • Experience:
      • 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
      • Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power and database management.
      • Familiarity with ERP systems and business data management platforms is a plus.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel .
      • Knowledge of database management
      • Experience with reporting/BI tools
      • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications :-
    • Experience:
      • Previous experience in a managerial role in MIS or related fields.
      • Experience with data visualization tools .
      • Experience working with large datasets .
