• Design, configure, and manage routing, switching, hosted IP voice services, and firewalls.
• Implement network optimization and automation solutions for improved performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise in client engagements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage access control systems, monitor CCTV, and ensure network security compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide operational insights.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in network administration.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, and IP voice services.
• Advanced knowledge of firewalls, network security protocols, Windows, and Linux networking.
• Experience managing access control and CCTV systems.
• Proven ability to drive network automation and optimization initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in client-facing roles.
