Job Description

    Role & responsibilities
    • Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning an acceptance of Network devices
    • Provide technical support to customers through remote trouble-shooting
    • Provide technical solution and hands-on support of customers access network equipment.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • CCNA
    • Good experience in Telecommunication equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance
    • Knowledge of Access Network technologies: xPON, FTTx are highly Needed
    • Should be Familiar with Huawei and cisco Network products
    • Should have Good Knowledge of routing and switching protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Pseudowire/VSI, QnQ
    • Should have experience with TCP/IP stack and its internals as well as related troubleshooting tools (connectivity verification, packet capture etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of Firewall
    Skills
    • Knowledge of Access Network Technologies
    • Knowledge of Telecom on site operation standards
    • Knowledge of IP basics, PSTN basics and NGN basics
    • Ability to work under pressure with different level of staff
    • Team player and ability to integrate multi-cultural environment
    • Good verbal and written communication abilities. communicate effortlessly in English both in speech and writing.
