    NON IT RECRUITERJob Title: Non-IT RecruiterExperience: 1-2 Years in Non-IT HiringLocation: Dwarka Sector 7, New DelhiWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayShift: DayWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for various non-IT roles.
    • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
    • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct preliminary interviews.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring metrics.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
    Key Requirements:
    • 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Familiarity with various job portals, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
