We Required NPD and process engineer for a manufacturing companyQualification- Any electronics or mechtronicsExp- min 10 yrsSalary- Upto 15 lacsLocation- Kundli, sonipat_________________________________________Wtsapp me at hidden_mobile___________________________________________Job descriptionMaintain the overall design layoutMaintain technical alignment and coordination with the engineering staff and other departments, including, but not limited to Production, Purchasing, Sales and Customer ServiceImplement product improvements and quality issues from process on new product modelEnsure the component/system strategy is maintained for the productsCreate /approve ECNs for assigned product(s) as needed for engineering releasesImplement common solutions across product models by working closely with component/system leadPerform and approve design calculations to ensure the design meets the requirementsLead and own product cost structure as well as cost reduction projectsCollaborate closely with Project Manager throughout project(s) to meet or exceed targetsLead/manage team, assign tasks, and mentor junior engineers in technical aspectsDrive efficiency of product assembly of the product and reduce build timeCollaborate with remote resource pools and engage resources as neededVisit mine sites to gain deeper understanding of the application(s) and customer needsEnsure product bill of material is ready for prototype and serial production according to the project model; maintain BOM of the assigned product(s)Work in compliance with the Sandvik safety management program
