It requires one to have excellent communication skills and negotiation andsalesprowess.Apart from the C TC, this position offerslucrative incentivesbased on the targets achieved.Roles and Responsibilities:The incumbent will be:1.) Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them intosales.2.) Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.3.) Ability to convert high revenue leads.4.) Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.5.) Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.6.) Maintain all clients contact details in C RM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.7.) Develop and maintain business plans to achievesalestargets.Desired profile:
    1. Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
    2. Experience inonline/ telesales / telemarketing.
    3. Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
    4. Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
    5. Knowledge on software like Z oho C RM, Salesforce is an added advantage.
    6. Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
