Job Description

    Greetings!!We are hiring for Area Collections ManagerVacancy :- 1Location:- Delhi-NCRPosition:- Area Collections ManagerTeam Handling:- YesExp:- 5-9 yrsEducation:- GraduationSalary:- 7-11 LPA
    • To review Product wise delinquency parameters such as 60 POS, 90 POS, NCL, roll rates, lagged delinquency parameters against targets.
    • To collect Penal charges & Penal interest as per the targets.
    • To review all 60 cases, non-starters, skips, fraudulent cases with regards to action taken, progress made and ensure visit to all critical 60 cases.
    • Visit the agencies, meet the proprietor, take exhaustive feedback from the agency employees regarding support provided, review performance against case allocated.
    • Review all cases where possessed assets are lying
    • Familiar with Legal procedures like Sarfaesi Act, DRT, Sec-138 & Sec-156, Arbitration
    • Review all exception cases where legal notices are not sent, non-allocation of cases to skip agencies, non-filing of legal cases as per the laid policy.
    • Review all legal cases with lawyers.
    • Review progresses made by skip tracking agencies and update the system.
    • Review usage of system, update status cards, allocate cases as per allocation logic or allocate cases manually. Review training need of the personnel or at agencies in the branch with regards to usage of the system.
    • Discuss feedback on negative areas, profile, and marketing development with the local Credit, Sales & subsequently forward the same to HO after the discussion.
    • Review receipt issuance process at the branch, properly maintain possession files. Check whether liquidation of assets or invitation of bids for selling possessed assets is as per the laid down policies.
    • Report immediately to higher ups in case customer tries / entices the collector with any kind of gift/ bribe with an intention of stalling the efforts of recovery.
