Job Description

    Hiring for Oracle ASCP, DemantraLocation: Pan IndiaDescription:
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in Demantra, ASCP, Oracle EBS
    • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Demantra / ASCP environment setups/functionality, integrations, and support
    • Provide daily support with resolution of tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner
    • Ability to manage the team, timelines and communications
    • Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defects
    • Work closely with the client stakeholders for the closure of urgent / high severity tickets within SLA, and month/quarter/year-end closures
    • Coordinate with Application Development Team and migration team to successfully deploy config fix releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments
    • Participate in knowledge transfer to ensure better grasp of the product and domain
    • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
    • Quick Grasping of Business Functions, Processes and Terminology
    • Work effectively in a team environment spanning regions across the globe
    • Function independently
