• Experience with the Advance business processes in Oracle Fusion Benefits.
• Expertise in conducting benefits conversions and open enrollments.
• Expertise in life event triggers and collapsing event rules.
• Ability to configure benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules.
• Understanding of ACA reporting requirements
• Expertise in writing fast formulas & HDL (preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
ORFusion Time and Labor Functional Consultant
• Advanced experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor
• Configuring Timecards and related components
• Configuring Time Entry and Time Calculation rules
• Configuring Time Entry & Time Processing profiles
• Experience with creating Elements.
• Creating Payroll Elements (preferred)
OR Fusion Talent Functional Consultant
• This role will take end to end responsibility for the design, development, implementation and support of the Oracle Cloud Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning modules of the Enabling Programme IT solution.
• In support of this the role will also own talent management data integration with other systems and legacy systems talent management data migration.
• Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning to meet the requirements of the business.
