Job Description

    9.9 Group is seeking Outreach Coordinator to join our team for the Aspire Leaders Program. This contractual position entails conducting outreach efforts across colleges, not-for-profits, and other government stakeholders to raise awareness about the Aspire Leaders Program and drive student applications.The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for student engagement, conducting information sessions, following up with potential applicants, and fostering relationships with not-for-profit organizations to enhance program visibility.Responsibilities: Conduct outreach activities targeting colleges, universities, not-for-profits, and government stakeholders to promote the Aspire Leaders Program; Plan and execute information sessions and presentations to educate potential applicants about program benefits, eligibility criteria, and application procedures; Engage with students through various platforms including presentations, workshops, social media, and networking events to. generate interest in the Aspire Leaders Program; Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to the program, providing timely and accurate information to prospective applicants; Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and other resources to support outreach efforts; Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and interactions using designated CRM or database systems; Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with not-for-profit organizations, community leaders, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and promote program awareness; Coordinate with internal teams to track and monitor application submissions, providing regular updates on outreach efforts and applicant pipeline; Assist in the development of strategies to enhance program visibility and reach new target audiences;Qualifications: Proven experience in outreach, recruitment, or community engagement roles, preferably within the education or not-profit sector; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders; Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences,
