Job Description

    Modern Quests is a premium e-commerce platform that focuses on sourcing homeware & lifestyle products from design-led international and domestic brands. We sell more than 4500 products sourced from 90 brands. We are looking at adding a Performance Marketing Executive who would be focused on increasing conversions, brand awareness and reach to drive high content engagement and website purchases.Responsibilities: Develop a strong digital marketing strategy for Meta and Google Ads Work on different formats of Google Ads including PMax, Search and Demand Gen with a focus on improving conversions Track Google keyword campaigns and take appropriate actions for improvements based on searches Support in setting up new campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager to achieve high ROAS and conversions Check SEO rankings of collections and products and identify areas for improvement Track performance of individual collections and brands via Google Analytics to understand customer interests. Identify new audiences in Google and Meta for campaigns and for Instagram boosts to increase reach and engagementQualifications: 2-5 years of working experience in e-commerce performance marketing Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Minimum Bachelors Degree from a well reputed university Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Passion for e-commerce and for contemporary designs and lifestyle productsPlease Note:This would be a permanent, full-time role based out of either Mohan Cooperative or Saket. Work from home would be offered occasionally and you would be expected to come to office 4-5 days a week.Budgeted Salary Range:INR 35,000 - 50,000 per month based on experience,
