The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing communication of the DIRECTOR cum M.D as well as schedule and attend meetings. The Personal Secretary will also take notes in meetings and produce high-quality documents, reports and presentations while maintaining the confidentiality of the DIRECTOR CUM M.D . The Personal Secretary will also handle administrative tasks assigned by the DIRECTOR of the company.Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and tact Great organizational skills and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced. environment Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience Fluency in English and Hindi languages,
