Job Description

We are hiring Phone Banking Officers for an inbound customer service role with upselling responsibilities.The position involves handling customer queries over calls, providing accurate banking-relatedinformation, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively- Provide accurate information related to banking services- Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant offerings- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and service standards- Update customer details and interaction records in the system- Meet defined performance and productivity targetsEligibility Criteria- Graduates (Freshers) can apply- Undergraduates must have minimum 12 months of customer service experience- Undergraduate freshers may be considered only with excellent communication skills- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Versant Level 4 or equivalent)- Candidates should not have exams in the first 4 months after joiningWork Schedule && Shift- 6 Days Working with 1 Weekly Off- Rotational Shifts within 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (9 hours shift)- Male Candidates: 8 AM 8 PM (rotational)- Female Candidates: 8 AM 6 PM (rotational)- No leaves allowed during the first 3 monthsCompensation && Benefits- Freshers: 17,500/month- Experienced: 18,500/month- Performance-based incentives over and above fixed salary- Shuttle facility available from key metro and bus locations
