Plant Head - Flexible PackagingJob Objective:Lead the Senior Plant Leadership Team consisting of Production, Engineering, Quality, SES, and Safety department. Managing day-to-day operations of the Plant and focusing on all production-related measures associated with customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, cost, productivity, and continuous improvements of the sleeves operations.Broad Role:- Plant Manager is accountable for the production operations in Ahmedabad sleeves and spout plants covering but not limited to: Productivity, Manpower Planning and Management, Cost of Operations, Lean Initiatives and implementation, production team development, and training.- Sharing the responsibility of the plant assets/lines with the maintenance team ensuring the following: PM planning and execution, Efficiency and output, Installations and upgrades, and TPM implementation.- Accountability for the quality of sleeves and spouts produced within the plants.- Sharing the responsibility for any quality-related complaints or claims received from customers.- Sharing the responsibility with EHS Team on full compliance with local and corporate standards/guidelines, related to Environment, Health, and Safety- Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements and adheres to guidelines.- Establish, reinforce and promote a health and safety culture within the organization, involve in establishing policies and procedures creating a safe working environmentEducation Qualification:Essential: Degree in Engineering from an accredited universityDesired: Masters Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering from an accredited universityIf you are actively looking for a job change and searching for new opportunities, please contact our HR Team.Our calling and WhatsApp number is hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile Email: hidden_email
