Ensure efficient operationand collaboration among team members. Project Management: Oversee operations and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence toquality standards..Mandate Skillet1.Operations and Projects personnel - able to juggle and lead different teams2.Minimum 10 years experience of work experience3.At least 3 positions where the person has led a team of about 10 people or more4.Should be comfortable with moving around between cities and Plant sites5.Should be experienced with dealing with people from all walks of life - labour, blue collared workers andwhite collared workers6.Should have helped increase capacity of a manufacturing unit in their career7.Thorough with using Excel, word, power point8.Should be able to represent company for client(eg weighment discrepancies, quality issue, client sitetransporter/labour management ) issue resolutions9.Fluent in Hindi and decent in English language. Should be able to read and write English well.10.It should be clear to the prospective candidate that it is a new company that is growing tremendously, workinghours are not always defined, need to put in extra hours and go above and beyond as work requires or duringemergencies.
