Job Description

    Job Title: Pre-Sales ExecutiveExperience: 2 to 3 YearsLocation:DelhiJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Pre-Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to support the sales team in understanding customer requirements, designing appropriate solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical consultation. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful solution mapping and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Activities
    • Understand and analyze customer business requirements and operational challenges.
    • Conduct product demonstrations (Demo) and Proof of Concept (POC) activities for prospective customers.
    • Design end-to-end solutions by recommending suitable hardware, software, and integration components.
    • Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and project scope documents.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to provide technical inputs during customer discussions and presentations.
    • Assist in preparing BOM (Bill of Materials), solution architecture, and cost estimations.
    Solution Consulting
    • Recommend optimal Barcode, RFID, Mobility, Automation, and Software solutions based on customer needs.
    • Evaluate customer workflows and suggest process improvements through technology implementation.
    • Work closely with development and implementation teams for customized solution requirements.
    Customer & Internal Coordination
    • Provide technical support during the sales cycle and address customer queries.
    • Collaborate with support and service teams to resolve customer concerns when required.
    • Handle customer interactions from a sales perspective in the absence of the Account Manager.
    • Maintain documentation related to customer requirements, demos, POCs, and proposed solutions.
    Required Skills
    • Strong understanding of Barcode, RFID, Mobility, POS, Automation, or related technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
    • Knowledge of solution architecture, hardware selection, and software customization concepts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
