Job Description

Location: Delhi NCRExperience: 24 YearsCTC: 46 LPAEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Pre-Sales Executive to join ourgrowing team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparingtechno-commercial proposals, designing ELV solutions, and supporting the sales teamthroughout the bidding process.Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements, RFPs/RFQs, and tender documents. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, BOMs, and cost estimates. Design ELV system solutions based on project requirements. Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for product selection and pricing. Conduct site surveys and prepare solution layouts where required. Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, andpre-bid activities. Ensure technical compliance with project specifications. Handover projects to the execution team after order finalization.Required Technical KnowledgeExperience in one or more of the following: CCTV && Video Surveillance Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Systems Public Address Systems Structured Cabling IP Networking Video Management Systems (VMS) Intrusion Alarm SystemsDesired Skills Good knowledge of ELV system design and estimation. Experience in preparing BOQs and technical proposals. Ability to read architectural and electrical drawings.Working knowledge of AutoCAD(optional). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good analytical and coordination abilities.Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications,Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.Preferred Experience 24 years in ELV Pre-Sales, Estimation, or Solution Engineering. Experience with an ELV System Integrator is highly preferred. Exposure to Government, Enterprise, Smart City, Datacenter, or Infrastructureprojects will be an added advantage.
