Job Description

    Summary/Objective: The Pre-Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of products/services to potential clients. This role acts as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams, contributing to the successful conversion of leads into customers.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including but not limited to online platforms, events, and referrals. Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the companys offerings. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and pipeline management. Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential. clients. Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to address customer queries and objections. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team for further closure. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market insights. Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to enhance pre-sales processes and techniques. Should be open to travelQualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree. Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales, or customer-facing role. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
