Job Description

    Description:Are you looking to progress your career to principal level Quanticate is looking for Principal Statistician to join our statistics team in India. We are looking for someone who can lead mentor operational team to ensure successful delivery of projects.You will get opportunity to carry out high level of technical training, mentoring and supervising others in carrying out statistical tasks.You will also get opportunity to coordinate project delivery on time and within budget. This role can be hybrid or office based depending on your preference in Bangalore.Quanticate is the world leading data focused CRO, and we often work with our customers on their complicated clinical trials which require a high level of statistical programming, statistics and data management input. Together we can help you build the career you want developing your skills, working on challenging problems, to ultimately develop clinical therapies that matter.Below is an overview of the responsibilities you will perform,Write and review statistical analysis plans and statistical sections of protocols.Produce and review estimates of sample size and power calculation.Produce and review efficacy analysis tables and other associated outputs.Draw valid conclusions and interpret study results.Provide statistical general consultancy including study design and conduct.Write and review statistical reports.Review clinical study reports.Conducting other statistical consultancy services.Lead process improvement and knowledge sharing within and across functions.Provide advanced technical support in the delivery of projects across the function.Ensure quality control of statistical output is executed thoroughly and in accordance with SOPs.Preferred Candidate Profile:Qualified minimally to MSc level in Statistics or equivalent.6 years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical/CRO industry.Good knowledge of SAS and experience with other statistical software.Experience in successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.Proven leadership and management skills promoting motivation and empowerment of others in order to accomplish individual, team and organizational objectives.Significant experience in more than two study phases, with excellent knowledge and understanding of all phases.Multiple therapeutic area experience.Benefits:Competitive Salary (Open to discussion based on experience)Flexible working hoursHolidays (Annual leave, sick leave, casual leave and bank holidays)Medical Insurance for self and immediate familyGratuityAccidental CoverageQuanticate offers a variety of different learning development opportunities to help you progress (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, job shadowing,
