Job Description

    Adreso is currently seeking a Product Manager for a leading housing finance company in Delhi. If you have a knack for driving business growth and relevant experience in the mortgage industry, we want to hear from you.What we are looking for:- Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience with strong analytical abilities.- Ability to drive business growth and optimize productivity for channels.- Proficiency in making presentations and working knowledge of Excel.- MBA from a reputable institute with industry preference in mortgage.- Proven track record in channel performance management, including preparing reports, data analysis, and implementing corrective actions.- Experience in channel/market engagement, including identifying problems, engaging with various functions, conducting training, and ensuring timely communication.- Ability to drive new channel empanelment, activations, and corporate/business tie-ups.- Strong aptitude for technology initiatives, especially in digital and go-to-market solutions, with the ability to collaborate closely with IT teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.- Strategic mindset with the capability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.- Passion for the mortgage industry and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
