Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and optimization of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS product management, understands user needs deeply, and can work cross-functionally to drive product innovation and growth.Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap for our SaaS platform aligned with company goals. Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research. Create clear product specs, user stories, and wireframes to guide development. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver product features on time and with high quality. Analyze product usage metrics and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate on the product. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the product delivers real value. Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to keep the product ahead of the market. Define success metrics and drive product performance using data.Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SaaS product lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Comfortable with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL). Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a strong plus.Preferred Qualifications Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software. Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations. Strong UX/UI instincts and experience working with design teamse,
