Job Title: Product Owner / Product Manager Travel TechnologyLocations: Pune, RemoteTimings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM India TimeYou will be the key decision-maker for our software products on our scrum teams. You will beresponsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure the delivery of high-quality travel products that meet customer needs and business objectives.Travel domain experience is mandatory.Job Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer insights, markettrends, and business goals. Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other team members to align on productvision, strategy, and execution plans. Use data analytics and user research to inform product decisions, measure performance, anditerate on features to, continuously, improve the product. Engage with key internal and external partners to build strong relationships, gather feedback,and advocate for resources and support needed to achieve product goals. Work daily with the development team to provide answers, feedback, and direction on workitems, enablers, and user stories. Prioritize the sprint backlog. Create and author user stories with detailed acceptance criteria written in the customers voice. Conduct the formal review and acceptance of user stories implemented by a team within asprint. Seek and improve processes across the entire product team.Skills: Travel domain experience is mandatory. Experience in working on travel portals will be a major advantage. Experience of working with software developers. Solid understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, anduser-centered design principles. Deadline-oriented and capable of self-management. Experience in any task management tool such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or, Trello.Additional Skills: Excellent communication skills. Natural analytical way of thinking.Experience and Certification Requirements: 6-9 years of experience. Graduate in any field, preferably computer science. CSM and CSPO certifications would be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
