Job Description

Description : (Roles and Responsibilities) : KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.Entire day might require to be present in endo suits / Operation theatres.Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop businessstrategies for revenue generation.Obtain customer feedback.Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.Conduct product trainings to end users and technicians.Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns,tradeshows and other promotional activities.Assist in new product introduction .Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times.Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up.Total Years of Work Experience (In Years): 2 yrs. in Medical Devices Industry with Surgical background.Education : bachelors degree with Science background and a MBA graduate/biomedical engineerRelevant Industry : Medical Devices Industry with Surgical background.Total Years of Relevant Work Experience (In Years):Mandatory Skills :Optional Skills :Salary (LPA) : 8-10 LPAAllowance (Food / Travel/ mobile-net) :Medical benefits (yes/no) :Incentives / Variable( LPA) : yesJob Description Form Division / Department : Assembling
