Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Production Planning & Coordination:
    Calculate the required paper and board for job planning and ensure optimalusage.Collaborate with the production team and manager to plan titles and meetdeadlines.
    • Vendor Management:
    Coordinate with vendors for artwork approvals and ensure timely feedback.
    • Cost Management:
    Monitor and verify the cost or estimates for each title to ensure the budget isadhered to.Raise purchase orders for all raw materials, ensuring accuracy and timelyprocessing.
    • Job Tracking & Reporting:
    Maintain records of all jobs, particularly those needing reprints, ensuring thatall details are up to date.Provide daily job status updates, highlighting progress, issues, and timelines.
    • Miscellaneous Reporting:
    Share detailed and accurate miscellaneous reports with the managementteam, providing insights and updates as necessary
