    Hello ,We have opening for Production Manager for Apparel industry for Delhi LocationProduction ManagerPosition Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of critical projects, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage financial operations for a key client. This role combines elements of project delivery, customer success, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryPlan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring seamless communication with clients and teams.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Customer SuccessAct as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client needs and business goals.Collaborate with sales and product teams to present tailored solutions and services that align with customer requirements.Understand client needs and align project deliverables with their strategic goals.Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing regular updates, and delivering high-quality outcomes.Financial ManagementOversee financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and invoicingCollaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition.Frequent Travel and On-Site PresenceTravel extensively (up to 75% of the time) and stay on-site at client locations for durations of 1-2 months or more, as required.Adapt to varying client environments and build rapport with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ensure effective communication between on-site and remote teams, acting as the primary bridge for information flow.QualificationsBachelors degree in BF Tech (Nift), business, project management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).5 years of experience in project management, customer success preferably working with large clients.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent client relationship management skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficient in tools like MS Project, Salesforce, JIRA, or equivalent project management and CRM software.Key AttributesA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.Ability to balance competing priorities and manage complex projects effectively.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.Interested candidates please share your resume on below mail idhidden_emailhidden_mobile
