Job Description

    Position: Production ManagerLocation: Lajpat Nagar , DelhiIndustry: Diamond JewellerySalary: Up to 15 LPA (Depends on Interview)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end jewellery production process including casting, setting, polishing, finishing, and quality control.Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.Coordinate with merchandising, CAD, design, and quality teams for smooth workflow.Ensure timely delivery of orders as per customer requirements.Monitor manpower utilization and optimize production efficiency.Maintain quality standards for diamond and jewellery products.Control metal loss, diamond loss, and production wastage.Handle production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination.Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.Prepare production reports and MIS for management review.Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies.If you are interested kindly send your updated CVContact No.- hidden_mobileMail ID-
