Job Description

    Urgently Required: Production Manager for Manufacturer of HVAC / Ventilation / Air Pollution Company. Share your resume on rajnath@liftupconsultancy.comOR call me on hidden_mobile.Designation Production Manager, Candidate should have good exposure in Production Management, Plant Management and Team Management with reputed Mechanical / Sheet Metal Industry.Location Tronica City, GhaziabadQualification Mechanical / Any specialization with 13-15 years of relevant experienceExperience 13-15 years in ProductionSalary - to commensurate with experience.Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for managing and overseeing factorys day-to-day processes and efforts.
    • Managing Production activities and despatch related activities of HVAC/Ventilation/ Air Pollution Control sheet metal work
    • Following up with engineering office for on time take-off and planning production schedule
    • Coordination with accounts department and customer for despatches.
    • Addressing any queries from customer, maintaining rapport with Customer site projects team.
    • Responsible for Men management, daily output .
    • Responsible for Maintenance of Machinery.
    • Production related MIS reports
    • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the companyand interface with office
    • Manage schedules and deadlines
    • Identify process bottlenecks
    • Offer solutions for improvement
    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
    • Oversee facilities services and maintenance
    • Adhere to policies and regulations
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • 13-15 years of experience as a Production Manager
    • Very good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
