    About Park+:Park+ is a $ 35 mn funded technology startup backed up by Sequoia Capital, Matrix Partners and seasoned individual investors such as Ashish Hemarajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (makeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred), Kunal Bahl & Rohit Bansal (Snapdeal).Founder by Mr. Amit Lakhotia (IIMA 07 batch; ex aytm; MMT & Tokopedia), Park+ is a mobile app based platform with more than 1 million downloads (rated 4.6 on playstore) and offers a host of services like online parking discovery and booking, paying e-challans, buying and recharging FASTag; daily car care; insurance renewal; car trade; paying for public parking like malls via FASTag; PUCC status and expiration reminders and vehicle information. As part of its institutional business, Park+ also offers smart parking solutions for daily commuters, corporates, commercial establishments, residential societies and malls.Key Responsibilities:This role will be a good mix of strategy and execution.Youll also have the opportunity to turn your ideas into initiatives, running with them and helping drive strategic decisions to help the business perform more efficiently and at scale. You will be responsible for owning and driving key projects that will be rooted in deep product and operational know-how:- Drive customer experience from the forefront by introducing customer centric programs, managing NPS and launching effective social media programs. - Introducing key programs in the B2C parking category and implementing the same end to end in terms of sourcing and mobilization of manpower, identification of channels of sales, operational efficiencies, etc.- Hold discussions with cross functional departments and work closely with them to drive key strategic business initiatives.- Initiate new programs for supply side on boarding focusing on unlocking new activations at key sites.- Attain customer feedback from field as well as hold surveys to obtain the same from organic users. Present reports on the feedback and accordingly take decisions on tech and key value propositions of product.- Identify operational bottlenecks and help improve existing processes or develop new processesYou should consider this role if you are:- Comfortable in a (super) fast working environment - where our focus is only matched by our hunger to pilot new initiatives- Focused on attention to details starting with ideation to execution to collecting feedback- Inclined towards action- Looking to learn from some great leaders and gain exposure by working directly on the business sideYou are an ideal candidate if you have:- 2-5 years of experience in managing growth initiatives- Experience of working in an E-commerce/ product based company- Experience of working in a start-up/ fast paced environment- Strong bias to action with prior experience of end-to-end project delivery- MBA from Tier 1 college is preferred,
