Job Description

    Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Programming Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in programming languages and software development, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct training sessions on programming languages such as C, C, Java, DBMS, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL, Ajax, jQuery, DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms), and MongoDB. etc.
    • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assignments.
    • Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and real-world projects.
    • Assess students performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching methods.
    • Mentor students in their projects, certifications, and career development.
    • Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience.
    • Conduct workshops, webinars, and special training sessions as needed.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
    • Proficient in React JS, Node.js, Angular, and other front-end and back-end technologies.
    • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
    • Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
    • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Industry certifications (e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Microsoft, etc.).
    • Experience with frameworks and tools such as Django, React, Node.js, etc.
    • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
    • Experience in competitive programming or software development.
