Job Description

    As a Senior Project Manager at Ecomaxgo, a Govt of India backed startup specializing in IOT and Fintech, you will be responsible for managing the complete project end to end. Your business mindset will be crucial in ensuring the financial viability of the project. While sales skills are not mandatory, you will need to handle 3 verticals of the project:- IOT machine operations & Expansion- Team Management- Ads Management with a focus on achieving cash positive revenueYou will be working on strategies, revenue generation, and team management for this Govt of India project, which involves installing IOT machines in India as part of the Swachh Bharat mission. Regular rounds to monitor progress, cost-conscious decision-making, and frequent interactions with Govt officers are key aspects of this role. The role also involves negotiation, multitasking, and coordination of internal resources and third parties for project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution- Ensure timely, scope-bound, and budget-compliant project delivery- Develop and track a detailed project plan- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques- Measure project performance and escalate issues to management when necessary- Manage client and stakeholder relationships- Minimize project risks through effective risk management- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationQualifications Required:- Business mindset with a focus on financial viability- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Willingness to travel as neededEcomaxgo is a profitable and tax-free organization where innovation is key. The company is open to higher salary packages ranging from 12 Lacs to 20 Lacs post-fund raise, with the current package being Rs 14 Lacs (Rs 8 Lacs in Hand Rs 6 Lacs on performance) along with a car. The location for this role is Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, and immediate joining is required.,
