Job Description

    • Detail survey planning scheduling the process of works, control management and review designs drawing.
    • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
    • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
    • Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
    • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
    • Erection && commissioning of fire line ,partition work , LPG line , Compressor line, panelling work ,electrical work, speaker installation with amp, Modular work, Civil work, Ceiling work, IT Work.
    • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
    • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnels performance) and report regularly on project status.
    • Strong experience with Commercial properties.
