Project Executive / Site ScannerJob SummaryWe are looking for energetic and self-driven individuals for a field-based Project Executive / Site Scanner role. The position involves visiting construction and interior project sites, identifying upcoming opportunities, collecting project information, tracking project progress, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.Important NotePetrol Allowance / Travel Reimbursement will be provided by the company as per policyThis is a100% field-based rolerequiring regular visits to construction and project sites within the assigned city/territory. Candidates seeking desk-based or office-only roles are advised not to apply.Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to construction, residential, commercial, and infrastructure project sites.
• Identify and track upcoming projects within the assigned territory.
• Gather project-related information and maintain an updated database.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates.
• Interact with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and site engineers.
• Generate market intelligence regarding new developments, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and project conversions.
Eligibility
• Fresh Graduates or Diploma holders from any stream.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned city.
• Strong observation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Comfortable meeting clients and visiting project sites regularly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to gather and analyze market information.
• Candidates with exposure to construction, building materials, ceramics, real estate, architecture, or field sales will have an added advantage.
