Job Description

    As a member of the CRIF team, you will be responsible for managing and driving analytics projects from credit bureau and BFSI domains. Your role will involve supervising and directly managing projects with high analytical or organizational complexity. You will design, develop, and implement statistical methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps and timelines. Additionally, you will work with internal and external clients in sales, presales, and delivery activities.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and directly manage projects with high analytical or organizational complexity- Design, develop, and implement statistical methodologies- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmap and timelines- Work in sales, presales, and delivery activities- Maintain team utilization to maximize revenues- Hire, train, and coach teams/individuals- Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders for smooth functioningQualifications:- Bachelor/Masters in Statistics/Maths/Economics/Operation Research, Engineering or equivalent- Minimum 7 years of experience- Experience in Indian Banks/NBFCs/Credit Bureaus/Fintechs- Experience with alternate data in the Indian market for credit risk use cases- Experience in Application/Behavioral/Collection score type projects- Consulting/Product Development/Presales experience- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good knowledge of statistical methodologies- Programming knowledge in Python/Pyspark- Ability to establish and maintain deadlines- Ability in people management and stakeholder management- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsPreferred Skills:- Consulting/Product Development/Presales experienceLocation:Pune, Maharashtra, India As a member of the CRIF team, you will be responsible for managing and driving analytics projects from credit bureau and BFSI domains.
