We are looking for a Technical Head to lead our engineering and project management teams in delivering cutting-edge solar energy projects.
    v The Technical Visionary
    • We are searching for a visionary and experienced Technical Head to lead our growing technical team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technical operations, ensuring we have the infrastructure, processes, and talent in place to achieve our business goals. Your leadership skills, combined with your in-depth technical knowledge, will be instrumental in defining our technical roadmap, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence within the technical team.
    Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Manage project changes, risks, and quality control to maintain alignment with client expectations and project goals.
    Team Coordination & Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure milestones are met.
    • Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure efficiency.
    Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Conduct project meetings and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
    • Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
    Budget & Resource Management
    • Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
    • Approve invoices, track material delivery, and oversee subcontractor contracts.
    • Optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability.
    Compliance & Safety
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting requirements.
    • Promote a strong safety culture, adhering to OSHA and industry-specific safety guidelines.
    • Oversee quality assurance and testing protocols to meet performance standards.
    Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track project performance using tools like Gantt charts, project management software, and KPIs.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain project schedules.
    • Submit final reports and ensure proper documentation of project deliverables.
    QualificationsEducation & Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, (Electrical /Mechanical /Civil )
    • 45 years of project management experience in the solar industry.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple solar projects from inception to completion.
